This site serves as a technical appendix to my resume. It highlights the hands-on engineering projects, home lab infrastructure, and hardware integration work that doesn't fit on a standard CV. It is intended for potential employers looking for a deeper understanding of my capabilities beyond the code editor.
Engineering & Home Lab
ZeroG Mercury One.1 & CAD Design
CoreXY conversion of a Creality Ender 5 Pro utilizing a split-MCU architecture (Two BTT SKR Picos + RPi 4 SBC) to drive 7 steppers. Engineered a 750W 110VAC heated bed via SSRs.
CAD: Designed custom printer components and functional outdoor infrastructure, including fence post toppers with internal routing for future electrical integration.
Distributed AI Cluster & LLM Ops
Engineered a heterogeneous local AI compute cluster. Utilizes LiteLLM as a centralized Docker-based router on an RPi 5, orchestrating task distribution across multiple worker nodes: Ubuntu (RTX 3070), Windows (GTX 1080), and macOS (M2 Silicon). Extensively use CLI-based AI tools for rapid project planning and execution.
Integrated Security & IoT Control
Built a custom 2-way audio doorbell (RPi Zero 2W). Legacy System Hack: Repurposed dead security panel contact loops via a hard-wired (soldered) Pi Zero. Integrated these sensors for real-time announcements. Powered the node via Waveshare PoE hat (pogo pins) over Cat 5e.
Enterprise Home Lab & Automation
Dual HP Proliant Gen 8 1U servers (4x 8TB drives each) with hardware RAID 5. Unified fragmented smart home brands into Home Assistant (RPi 5 w/ NVMe), engineering logic-based automations for sun-activity lighting (Sunset/Sunrise) and power-saving "kill switches."

Provided high-speed internet support for hotel guests (STSN) and later transitioned to sales support for Overstock.com.
